The TYVEK QC™ coveralls on this page have serged seams and elastic ankles and wrists. We carry these products in all sizes, and you get 12 units per case. The DuPont TYVEK QC polyethylene-coated fiber coveralls are lightweight and designed for exceptional splash protection.

They can protect your body against liquid chemicals and acids. These garments are an economical choice for many types of chemical cleanup operations and industrial plants. The seams can come with bound, heat-sealed or serged seams, which deliver increased holdout of dry particulates and liquids.

Since they’re made with a bright yellow color, these chemical suits offer superior visibility. Each suit is coated with 1.25 mils of polyethylene, so it will meet Level B standards, which protect workers against splashes, sprays and spills of pesticides, bases and chemicals. These suits are available in several different sizes and feature a stitching method that is ideal for general applications.

They have a serged seam that joins two pieces of material together using an interlocking thread stitch. It’s important to understand that the garment’s size determines how well it’s able to perform, so to benefit from the full protection provided by the suits, workers need to wear the correct size.
