The US428 by Portwest® is an ANSI Class 3 high visibility soft-shell jacket. This jacket is made with 94% polyester and 6% Elastane. A waterproof zipper with an inner chin guard provides further protection in the front.  2-in-1 functionality is met as the sleeves can be zipped off turn the jacket into a Class 2 soft-shell vest. This hi-vis workwear meets ANSI Standards with 2″ silver reflective tape which aligns the jacket and vest when the sleeves are zipped off.
